Headaches???

Question

Is anyone else having constant tension headaches? I'm 22 weeks and have had them for the last 4 days straight. Only taking Tylenol.

Yes I'm 25 weeks now and been waking up in the morning with a headache last 3 days 😭 also taking Tylenol

Yes! Really bad and I'm almost 21 weeks. I don't take meds just because I'm scared so I just try to drink a bunch of water and take nap when I can.

I'm 22 weeks and am experiencing the same thing! Going on 5 days now :( how much Tylenol are you taking? I'm just over here suffering in the dark quiet bedroom lol. Thank god for a snow day!

Girl I was on my 3rd Tylenol bottle that's how much I've taken.. It's been bad. I went for
My app the other day. She said drink Gatorade. Omg every since I did that I have not felt any headaches. I love it. It works. As much as I hate Gatorade I have to just to keep the headaches away!! Try it!!

Try rubbing the muscle between your index finger and thumb. Try also a heating pad on your feet, feet elevated and a cold ice pack on your neck. But for no longer than 20 minuets ! I've been getting headaches and migraines my whole life and into pregnancy as well, I wish you the best of luck, they can be draining as all hell. Make sure you are drinking enough water AND have your electrolytes too(Powerade, smart water) sips of a small Coke and protein also helped me wonders. Feel better !!😊
