What does baby's first movement feel like??

I am a FTM and 17+3 weeks pregnant. Started having this feeling of muscle twitches at the top of my baby bump... Could that be the baby moving?? What does it feel like?? I'm so excited to feel my baby move!

I started feeling baby at 20 weeks but its very low in your pelvic region at first. I didn't start feeling him higher til I was like 24 weeks

Hi I'm now 18 weeks and only started to feel baby move yesterday 
Will be definitely a bit lower I feel the baby move like a palm under my belly button
I don't feel them very often and very strongly as I have anterior placenta x

Definitely low. It will be below your belly button at that stage of pregnancy. It does feel like a muscle spasm though. Later on when baby gets bigger and takes up more space is when you'll feel it higher up x

Low pelvic twitches! Not at the top baby is too small. I did feel two thumps last night. Hard ones I was shocked lol

Those twitches are normal but it's not the baby because your uterus isn't that high up yet. The first kicks feel like small thumps in the bottom of your belly
