Do you flush tampons or throw them away?

I'm just wondering how many people actually flush tampons. I know I do, and have been for a while now.

Why do people always bitch when you say you flush tampons lol I've been doing it for 12 year with no problems. I don't know anyone who doesn't flush them.

I flush in public but with a septic system you cannot flush. They will back them up. Sewage is a different story. And yes it's reccomended you don't flush them. depends on when you were raised also what habits you had or were passed on

I used to flush them until we had to have a plumber come out.... I was mortified and so was the plumber lol.
