Im 25 weeks prego and so far have gained 25 lbs.
My pre pregnancy weight was 140lbs so I'm sitting at 165lbs at a height of 5'5"
Today I've been trying soooooo hard to control what I eat.😩 I really am struggling! I feel like I'm eating every hr and half, I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO. Lol will this constant hunger stop the further along I get? Im just so scared of gaining over my recommended weight of 25-35lbs and then struggling to lose the weight after baby.
Maybe some of y'all could help me with ideas of healthy snacks?
I would greatly appreciate any advice!😊
