5 weeks 6 Days no yolk sac seen???

Question

I got a second ultrasound yesterday & she told me she MIGHT of seen a yolk sac but I'm not seeing anything, she said I measured to be about 5w6d & that the gestational sac was growing so that could be a good sign, I have a Obgyn appointment tomorrow & I don't know if they will give me an ultrasound yet, but I just wanted to know if that was normal not to see a fetal pole or yolk sac yet? I am really worried cause I really want this baby 😢😢😢😢😢 (I've included both ultrasounds, the smaller one was my first) somebody please help!

On the 14th they told me no yolk sac and extremely low heartbeat.  We go back monday.  We have been worried sick.

I only had a yolk sac and they couldn't see the pole so going back in two weeks when I'm between 7/8 weeks

It looks like there could be a yolk ssc at the top of the second one. That is all they saw on mine at 5w4d.

Don't be sad! Try 2 days later and if all goes well, I'm sure you will see the Yolk Sac and HB in a couple of days too😊 Congrats for your pregnancy👏

I'm suppose to be 6 weeks 6 days, and just Monday night I was told pretty much the same thing. They said I may possibly have a failed pregnancy. Now I'm losing all my symptoms. I'm terrified.
