So I was on depo for 5 years. I got my last shot last April, which means that it wore off around the beginning of August. I just got my period back yesterday which is 6 months after it wore off and 9 months after my last shot. My period is very light, but I am very crampy. Can anyone give me any tips on what to expect? Or maybe how it went for you when you went off the shot?
