Is Melatonin bad to take when pregnant??

I'm 21 week pregnant and not getting very good sleep lately has anyone taken this or told by a doctor that it was ok?

Unisom is ok to take. I was "prescribed" unisom and b6 for nausea.  If I didn't take it I would never be able to fall asleep at night

I just posted something similar last night and results came back that it was super bad.... They told me to talk to the doctor about unisom :) drinking a cup of milk before bed always helps me to :)

My OB has said it was perfectly fine to take on occasions when I cannot sleep!

I was told no melatonin,  yes unisom which did help me
