Cancer while pregnant?

Has anyone been diagnosed with cancer while pregnant? I'm 11 weeks and found a painless lump on my neck, right under my left ear lobe. I'm extremely terrified! I have a needle biopsy on Friday. Doctor said it could possibly be squamous cell carcinoma.

I guarantee you that's a swollen gland, I get those often.

I asked my dr about breast cancer while being pregnant. He told me it does and can happen but out of the over 6000 deliveries he's only had one case where she developed cancer while pregnant.
