Birth control question

Alright ladies I need yalls help, I might be a nurse but gyn is not my forte as well if like to see what everyone thinks :)

I'm a Sunday starter on my pills I completely forgot to pick them up until tonight so I haven't taken one for Sunday Monday or Tuesday (yes I know it's bad of me completely lost track of the days) anyway would I start day one today, take 4 pills and put myself back on track completely wait until Sunday to start the pack or wait until my next period to do the starter

And thank you but Yes I do know I'd have to use back up protection with my SO as we're not trying to conceive right now.
