Period cramps
I've been having "period" cranps for a week without any blood, I just finally got it yesterday and my cramps were so bad I almost had to go to the hospital and I almost threw up. This is the worst my cramps have ever been and I'm not sure what to do.. Does anyone know what may have cause this & why I had cramps for a week before my actual period
