For about half a week, I've been experiencing nipple pain on my right( the side away from the heart) side. It hurts if it's pinched or bumped into, so it's more sensitive than anything. The sensitivity does not extend to the rest of the breast. I'm not pregnant, nor breastfeeding, and I'm in the middle of my cycle. There aren't any lumps present. Any ideas as to why I'm experiencing this ?
