A night of (not)drinking with friends

My husband and I are TTC and hope that during my last ovulation we made a baby. He wants to keep our TTC journey private. And i agreed to nit drink until i get my period.This week I'm visiting my old home town and meeting up with lots of old friends. They would immediately know something was up if I, little Ms. Loves To Party, is not drinking. So I hatched a plan. I went to the bar early, told the bartender 1) I didn't want my glass to be empty and 2) I didn't want it to contain alcohol. And everything went great! My friend met me, we chatted as usual, and suspected nothing. Poor guy got fairly tanked trying to keep up with me lol.
