Restless. Heartburn. Tired. Lol I just wanna sleep but I can't. And this heart burn just keeps coming back! Not to mention I can't get comfortable!

I woke up at 4:30 am (second night) starving. I even eat a snack before going to sleep. Two hours later....I'm still up. I feel tired!!
I need a more nutritious diet but the people around me aren't as health conscious as I am. I feel frustrated. And, thirsty. Always thirsty 😖😣😴😳

Tired from work annoyed with work body aches like no tomorrow and could use a massage to last a life time lol but my hubby works so much he be so tired I need a Chinese lady full time to crack my back and be rough on my achyness! I love it and need it :(.
