Just had a miscarriage

Had my first miscarriage... had a positive pregnancy test. Thought I had gotten lucky. Was so excited. And then started to miscarry on Tuesday. It was the worst feeling in the world... trying to stop crying and obsessing over th fact that I was just pregnant a few days ago and now I'm not. Anyone have any positive insights... this has been really hard on me... 😢
