Please help any advice welcome

Head aches 

Shortness of breath 

Can't walk for more than 15 minutes with out gasping for air and feeling faint 

Can't poop right feels awful just can't have a decent poo 

Seriously stressed out keep crying because I'm in bed just about all the time unless I go to get food or wee 

My bloody sugar has been very low but has been hi as well 

Sometimes when I'm on my left side it feels like my heart is beating hard and faster than normal  the vains in my hands are very visible why ? And iv still not got my appitite bk fully but not been sick for over 2 weeks and I feel exhausted I can't do nothing can't cook can't clean it's hell I wish I wasn't pregnant I didn't plan it but I'm not going to get an abortion I already have 3 kids can't and don't have the heart to but I feel like I'm dieing
