Positive OPKs for 5 days?

This marks day 5 of positive OPKs...does anyone know what could be going on?? We also only BD'd the first 2 days of the positives. I felt terrible cramping on the evening of day 2, fairly certain that was when I ovulated- not sure now!!! Can anyone help me?
