Which day is first day of AF?
My period is a little weird this month. I got 1 red spot late Monday night. The next 2 days were red spotting off and on, only when wiping. Today is full blown flow. Which day would you record as the first day? I usually count the spotting, but I think that could be throwing off my calendar, so I want to make sure I log it correctly.
