Everyday or every other day( Sex)?

Question

I have heard so many different things and I am so confused on which one is better. I heard to have sex ever other day so sperm has a chance to build up. But then again I heard that everyday leading up to ovulation is better because it improves sperm quality. What's is your ladies opinion? Would love to hear from you!

We did every their day for 5 months, and nothing. My doctor said to do go everyday because I might have a short fertility window, and as long as you wait about 24 hours between acts, he's plenty replenished 😉 The 6th month we tried everyday and got our BFP. So I recommend everyday. As long as you have sex about the same time everyday, he'll be loaded and ready haha
