I had mine out a year ago in March. Since then my periods are regular but a fairly short cycle. I normally spot on first day have one heavier day then the next there is pink spotting again...:this is like this most months! However I keep getting a deep down pelvic ache not agony just know it's there niggling away! Any thoughts on what this could be?My sister in law who has stage 3 endometriosis says it's very similar to how hers started; any advice would be great! Thanks
