Brown cervical mucus from coughing?

I have had a cold for a few days, starting this morning my cough has gotten worse and when I went to the bathroom for #2, I noticed a tint if brown... Thoughts?

I'm 17weeks...

Any of blood discharge (red, brown, pink) is worrying symptom so you def need to call doc. I got on bed rest when I was 15,3 weeks because of light blood discharge. And I'm on bed rest for two and a half weeks now and need to have it for two more weeks.
