I just want to cry already!!!

Kristine • Thu, Jan 21 • After 6 years ttc, we are finally pregnant. I have an 8 year old son and have been married for almost 10 years.

Last week I was 50% effaced and 2 cm dilated. Babies head was really low. Today, I am 1 cm and head is high still 50 %. How did I go backwards!?!?!?

I can't sleep, I can't walk, my pelvis and hip pain puts me in tears with every step. My feet, calves, hands and face are so swollen but blood pressures is GREAT, even low. I have carpel tunnel in my right hand, I can't use it at all, it is so swollen and painful, I can't bend any of my fingers. I gained almost 10lbs in the last week due to all the swelling. Yet, doc won't do anything. I get it, he has rules he has to follow, but I just can't do it anymore.

I don't just want to cry...I am crying!!!!
