Home remedies for a uti???

I'm 2 months postpartum and am having trouble with a uti 😩 
My insurance doesn't kick in till February. Anyone know any home remedies???

You are supposed to pee every time you feel the need in order to flush out the bacteria. Don't hold it in thats how it multiplies. (Or so I was told by my doctor.) I would try and see if any health food stores near by have D - Mannose powder or order some online. 1 tsp In a cup of water 3-4 times a day should get rid of it. But only if it's E. Coli bacteria. If it's a different bacteria and doesn't get better in a few days you need to see a doctor before it spreads to your kidneys. Trust me.. You don't want that.

Azo pills however nothing will "cure" the uri except an antibiotic but all things listed in previous comments and azo pills(there OTC) will provide relief!

D-Mannose, cranberry juice (make sure it's 100% juice, no added sugars), and Apple cider vinegar are great for a uti. Drink the cranberry juice religiously. Also, get some cranberry pills for a uti, like cystex or something and take those.

Drink lots and lots of water like maybe two pints over the course of an hour - hour an a half. During this time do not go to the toilet. After this time go and pee freely. Hopefully should flush it all out. I've done that a few times. Sometimes though no choice but antibiotics to get rid of it. Good luck xx
