My ultrasound tech recommended this when I made a joke about my heartburn when she noticed baby boy has a good amount of hair. My heartburn is nearly gone. 100% natural and safe! Take 3 before each meal!

Interesting... I was always told not to take papaya enzyme while pregnant because it could cause you to go into early labor.  Will have to look into this more as my heartburn is horrible.  Sidenote... I've always had horrible heartburn while pregnant and none of my babies had any hair.  Lol.

I put a bit of baking soda in water and the acid/heartburn goes away.

One of my first apt I brought a bottle of papaya enzymes to see if it was safe in pregnancy. My midwife said she would rather I take tums instead of papaya enzymes.
