How heavy are your periods?

I'm only 16 and my periods are so heavy- dreading what they will be like later in life

Mine is super heavy the first two day and super light the rest when it's heavy I have to change it every hour it SUCKS

Chances are it's change over time, many times through out your life.  Heavy to light, and back  But, if you're worried about it being too heavy talk with your doctor about it.

mine have changed a LOT since I started my period 10 years ago. hell, they've changed a lot since I started having sex 😂 they used to be a little heavy, but now they're relatively light. most of the time, I get really bad cramps on day one and then I'm good to go, but sometimes I get little ones throughout the whole week and I get major period symptoms (nausea, sensitive to smells, want to fuck my boyfriend every 20 minutes). if yours don't change/get worst, you do have options though.

Mine are super super heavy my whole period I eventually went to my doctor and he said i have menorrhagia..so if it's super heavy your whole period to the point where your worried I would make an appt to see what your doctor can do for you
