7 weeks pregnant subchorionic hemorrhage

So last time i went to the doctor on Tueaday, my doctor told me I had a little tiny blood clot in my uterus, called a sub chorionic hemorrhage. She told me not to do any heavy lifting and no sex until it resolves. She didn't seem concerned at all and told me it is extremely common. Next appointment is February 4th, and me, being the one who always worried, can't stop but Google the topic and I'm driving myself crazy! Anyone else had this??
