Alright y'all, I'm 9 weeks, I literally just seen my baby on an ultrasound today, it was moving and had a heart rate of 188... I just went to the restroom and when I wiped there was some pinkish red blood on the toilet paper. I want to believe that my baby is okay, but I've also heard that if the blood is red then I should be concerned. Is there any need for worrying? Please help.
