I CANT FEEL ANYTHING !!!

so my partner & I have been having sex like for 9 months now & when it happens I don't feel any pleasure or anything. We both lost our virginity to each other, I'm only 16 !!! HELP I don't know what to do so I feel pleasure ! Could it be because I don't feel secure of my body 100% !???
