Positive opk?

I am TTC and I'm 33. I got off the pill last November and have not had a regular period since. Post pill cycles have been 39, 45, 31, 33, 35, 43, 46, and now 72 and counting ( haven't had AF since aug 9).  I know it can take a few months to become regular again after the pill but not a year! Took a PT October 5th and it was negative.  Now since my cycle is so irregular I am worried if I am even ovulating and since its its been so long since I've seen AF I didn't want to wait till she came back to start testing.  I took a opk tonight and I got the result in the picture... What do you think? And any insights on what the heck is going on with me?
