Really need advice please no judging..

Me and my partner have even trying for our 4th baby since Jan 2015 when I got implant removed... I was using opks and had a chemical in June followed by another in July.. In November we decided to stop "trying" and just if it happened it happened... 2nd of Jan this year I decided I was gonna lose weight I'm about 2 stone over weight and since then I managed to drop 13lbs :) only 1 stone to go :) I also applied for my first job in years ... As a care worker... Been offered the job :) just paid for my disclosure check and start my training in 2 weeks... Now back to today like I said before we haven't been actively trying... However I was sat on the sofa and felt (sorry tmi) loads of water I mean loads...so thought I would take a opk just to see and it's the strongest positive I've ever had! What do I do? We both really want a baby but Iv just been offered a job? I actually want to cry :( I no even if we do have sex from now there it isn't 100% we will get pregnant but I haven't had such a strong positive before :/ xx
