I want to be pregnant already!

I'm getting so frustrated TTC it has been 4 long months and nothing yet, I'm almost 25, I've been trying on most if not all of my fertile days. My AF is 1/25, the other day after sex I started bleeding a little thought it may be implantation bleeding so I took a test that day, I couldn't wait lol but BFN. I already made a Dr. apt which is scheduled for Monday same day as my AF, hopefully it was a false negative😆😆 I'm trying to stay positive and not stress but it's so hard!
