Help reading 1st trimester screening!

My first trimester screening blood/serum results were posted to my online account yesterday.  There are no notes, only a super-tiny scan of the test results that are too blurry to leave. I live in NC so all the Dr offices are closed and I can't reach anyone to help me, but I'm stressing out over what this says. Has anyone had one of these and can tell me if this looks good or bad, just based on the graph???  It's too blurry and I can't read any of it. I'm going to be so stressed until I learn something.
