can't reach orgasum

hi ladies, sensitive subject:( I'm only 12 weeks I haven't had much of a sex drive. but when I do, I can't finish. any ideas or suggestions.

I'm 8 weeks & I haven't had much of the sex drive either, we finally did it last night & I notice it did take a little longer for me to finish. Possibly try being on top so you can control it?
