7 week ultrasound?

What should I expect to see?! They didn't find a heartbeat last time so I'm extremely nervous.

Going to get an ultrasound in exactly 1 hour at 7w due to some bleeding 2 days ago. I am freaking out and feel that I'm going to throw up.

I went at what I thought was 7w3d. I measured at 7w1d and was able to hear and see the heartbeat. It was a good feeling, I was nervous.
