For FTMs,is it possible to feel baby at week 16 and then nothing for next 7 days..anything to worry?

I felt baby movement at 15 and 16 weeks twice n then no movement since then..it had been 7 days... Worried if everything is normal or not.can u pls suggest.. If anyone faced this...
