Please tell me I'm just a wishful thinker so I can stop keeping my hopes up.

My husband and I have been TTC for the past 5 months. I've had some early signs like heart palpitations, a little nausea, dizziness, and can't focus very well. But this all could be since I just got a cold a few days ago. Last night he told me something I never heard him say ever. That I was hot inside. He was very shocked. Could this just be from my cold, even though I do not have a high temperature. My BBT is 1.1 over what it is normally but nothing significant. Please help put my mind to rest.
