Getting depressed about TTC

Hey ladies I am getting so depressed about TTC because I been getting negative ovulation results. I just found out I wasn't suppose too be taking them in the morning cause it won't give you the best answer. Is that true? I was suppose too ovulate the 21st. However I got a negative on my ovulation that day but still had sex. Now glow is saying I ovulate the 23rd. So confused.
