Weird stomach growls

Has anyone ever heard of stomach growls being a sign of pregnancy? I'm 11 DPO and my stomach has been going crazy, making all kinds of loud, intense growling noises. It's never been like this before. I'm 32 TTC #1. This is my 7th month AF due 1/27 or 1/28.
