Anybody having terrible headaches??

What helps take it away? Tylenol doesn't even touch mine, sometimes caffeine helps but now it's a never ending headache ):

I read an article the other day because ove had the same problem and they suggested drinking a cup of water and making a little shot of a fresh lemon and a teaspoon Of salt mixed together it said that the shot will taste nasty but the salt has magnesium in it and the lemon has vitamins in it tgat will help get rid of the migraine and drinking water will rehydrate you. It said that the most common reasons for migraines and headaches are stress vitamin deficientsy and dehydration. Trying it wont hurt.

I take Fioricet for my headaches. I am 10 weeks pregnant and I can't take my normal imetrex so my doctor prescribed this. It is a narcotic so you will have to have a prescription. Hope this helps and I hope your pain goes away

Try taking tylenol with coffee!! I get really bad migraines since i was a kid & since I've been pregnant they have gotten worse but taking tylenol with coffee has really helped me!!

Try using an ice pack on the back of your neck. I get migraines and this helped after having one for three days.
