Does anyone temp?

I tried it for a few months, but was so confused and had a hard time remembering to take it. I started again at the beginning of this cycle and was wondering if anyone else has tried it.

I temped my first cycle trying... But would some days forget to take it before I even spoke.. And during my fertile week DH is a morning person so I'm not gonna turn down bd so I can take my temp lol might consider starting up again tomorrow!

I have temped for the 1st time this month. It does give some insights which should help. I stopped testing with OPKs but carried on temping. I had a temp rise along with EWCM on CD 29 whereas all the previous day's were quite constant. I hope it confirmed OV. I find it quite easy to remember to take it every morning. I keep on my bedside table ☺️
