I only used a plug when masturbating so I could associate the feeling with pleasure and orgasm. You can incorporate it into sex with your partner (wear it when you have sex vaginally), but I don't see a reason why you'd need to wear it for longer than like 30 mins unless you plan on having anal for hours and hours?Use it more to get used to the idea of anal insertion and become comfortable with knowing your body and how it reacts.
