Period

I'm 16. I've had protected sex every time I have had sex. However I am very paranoid the last time I had sex (nothing bad happened, the condom didn't break I checked repeatedly). I always freak and get paranoid be up I get scared I know my period isn't completely on a schedule becuz of my age, but I need to find a way to either stop being paranoid, ask to go on birth control, or find a way to decline sex with this person until I'm older. My period is due tomorrow I have had minor cramps like normal period symptoms. Please don't judge.😶😐🙁
