Tampons or pads?

I choose pads because i feel like tampons dont really let your flow "flow" lol. But once in a great while ill use a tampon with a panty liner

I used to swear by tampons until my gyny doctor told me that it can possibly restrict your flow which makes it harder to TTC if some left behind also tampons can do more harm than good

Pads for couple of different reasons one being that tampon seem to make my cramps feel worse when I have bad cramps also I feel like you said flow is not flowing right with the tampon. I haven't tried the Diva Cup so I think I might they can be so messy when taking out though right? Also I have a couple days during my cycle when I have lots of clots how does the diva cup handle that anybody know?

I use tampons  most of the time there are times were I feel the need for pads so I'll wear them but I like tampons better
