Smooth Move Tea????

Does anyone know if Smooth Move Tea is safe during pregnancy? It's main active ingredient is organic senna leaf.

It says not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding on the box.
I take 1 tablespoon of psyllium husk fiber daily and that really helps me. It's safe during pregnancy.

If you're having trouble passing stool, before taking a laxative, increase your roughage, fiber and water intake. When I was constipated, I was able to get it moving in just a day. Not only is it good for you, but also great for the baby. Drinking a little prune juice helps too. But if you need a stool softener, consult with your doctor first.

I know for a fact it isn't pregnancy safe. Talk with your doc for other options. :)
