Speaking from experience that would be a big fat no.

Maybe not one, but I know multiple could. My aunt had 6 and when she finally wanted one she was told she couldn't due to too much scare tissue. She kept trying for 20 years until she hit menopause and never had luck. But a girlfriend of mine had one and a year and a half later gave birth to a completely healthy baby. So honestly it could go anyway based on the person.
