Wart removal?

How can I remove a wart on my hand without freezing it off. I've tried that multiple times and it doesn't work. And I definitely don't wanna go to the doctor for this lol.

My daughter (10) had one that got huge, here's what worked for her;
Duct tape
A foot file (a rough one)
Salicylic Acid

Wash you hand well, soak the wart in very warm water for 10-15 min, file it down a bit, apply the salicylic acid, cover it completely and firmly with the duct tape.
Do that twice a day.

That was actually doctor recommended 
because we tried using Dr. Sholls stuff, which didn't work, and freezing it in the doctor's office but she was too upset to do it
Her wart came off in like 3-4 days.

When my husband was deployed he got a couple of warts on his foot. I bought some salicylic acid on amazon and shipped it over. It definitely did the trick.

Best way I found to get rid of mine was moisturizing cream. It also prevented me getting more. Warts are a virus. So boost your immune system too. I found it more effective to use the wart remover pads that you put on then put a band aid on for 2 days then take off and rub with a nail file then put one back on. That was most effective for me. I had 7 of them and 2 years ago I suddenly only have 1 now lol.

You can try to at home freezing kits, or the at home salicylic acid pads, but you have to follow the directions exactly for the best results. Sometimes they don't work, even when used correctly. In that case, the best thing to do is to see you doctor to discuss more options. My brother has an immune system deficiency that caused him to break out in clusters of warts. After multiple failed freezing attempts, he had to have his surgically removed via laser by a dermatologist. Good luck!
