Partial Molar
I found out tonight at my follow up appt from my D&C (2 weeks ago) that I actually had a partial molar pregnancy. She said it was a little different because I didn't have "clusters" of tissues as you would normally see. My doctor told me she was going to send me for blood work to check my HCG levels, and double check my thyroid, but reiterated to me that we could try again after I get my first period as long as the levels come back good. Everything I have read says you have to check your levels for 6-12 months before trying again because there is a risk to get cancer? I'm so confused. Can someone who has had a PARTIAL molar tell me their experience?
