So according to a majority of doctors and baby books and research, pregnant women can have up to one cup of coffee or one can of soda per day as long as it's not over 200mg. This morning instead of having a coke or a soda I decided to opt for a healthier choice. V8 Energy. It's just like the juice but has green tea to add energy. On the side it said it has 80mg of caffeine compared to a cup of coffee but more than a can of soda. I didn't even have 5oz and I'm starting to feel sick :( I know I didn't even have too much but now I'm just worried..
