Do you keep your heating on during the night when sleeping?

Growing up my parents always kept the heat on during the night since it got below zero. Now that I've moved to a different country which can get below zero as well nobody seem to turn on their heat at night. Culture shock for me.

I like it cold when I'm sleeping so I turn down the temp to 60-65. But I guess that's not too cold as my grandparents have slept with their window open every night for 60 years and they live in New England where the winters are quite frigid haha.

I'd keep it pretty cold if it weren't for my baby in her crib, who can't have blankets to keep warm! So we leave it pretty high.

I turn the heat way down during the day and up during the night otherwise I'm awake a freezing all night 😀

We generally only use the heater at night since we aren't home during the day. Plus our house is generally pretty warm, but my son's room gets really cold in the winter at night and that's the main reason we keep it on. He sleeps crazily and is always kicking off the blankets lol.

We keep the heat on all the time - but only at 68. This is only for the couple of months that it's even cold in Las Vegas.
I grew up in England and we didn't keep the heating on all the time. My mum always would say "put a sweater on!" if I said it was cold.

My apt is two floors with the bedrooms on the second floor. It's way hotter on the second floor and I cannot sleep if it's too hot so I always then the heat down at night. That combined with being pregnant has made me hotter than usual, so I keep the heat on 60F at night.

We keep ours around 20 degrees Celsius, not sure what that is for the states. I'm live in Canada so the temp is different

At my house we keep the heat on 60 at night. I moved back home and since we have alot of people here and a pretty big house its expensive to heat. I hate it cause I wake up freezing lol. But i got myself a mini heater for my room. :-)
