What's wrong with my body

What are some symptoms you get the first weeks of pregnancy? Like what if I don't know if I'm pregnant because I haven't bought a test but I feel so many symptoms like I throw up water at 3 in the morning sometimes & I get nauseous also I get super bad cramps at random times, and I'm super emotional for no reason, help please!!???
