Okay! So earlier today (around 6ish pm) I went to the restroom and realized that I was bleeding. It was red and kinda like the beginning of a period. I immediately started crying because I had no clue what was happening and I thought that it might've been a miscarriage. About an hour later, it was very light and started to become a light brown color. Right now it only shows up when I wipe and is a brown color. Someone please explain what might have happened. This is my first time being pregnant.

Also another thing, when I woke up this morning my stomach felt sore. Almost as if I had done crunches. It's still sore. Not sure what it means but tell me if anyone knows what it might be!
